This second series shifts outward, into the public eye. For the first time, I stage myself in the city of Montpellier. Inspired by the rise of leisure and vacation culture in the 1930s, this shoot explores glamour in the midst of a summer day in the South of France. Carefully composed poses reveal a tension between effortlessness and performance.
